Why Host a Schools Triathlon Event?

The Knight Frank Schools Triathlon is a unique opportunity for UK Senior Schools to host an incredibly special and fun event for young people, which combines sport, teamwork and charity, all the while showcasing the school’s grounds to feeder prep and primary school pupils and parents.

Restless Development have been running these events for 8 years. In 2024 we ran 10 events at prestiogous schools throughout the country. We are very proud to say we receive tremendous feedback from the host schools, testified by their return year-on-year.

The Schools Triathlon 2024 Series saw the coming together of over 9,000 children aged 7 - 13 from 200+ schools, swimming, running and cycling as a team to raise over £1.2 million for Restless Development and 67 other charities. Both prep, primary schools, and parents alike, are really excited by these events. They provide children with an opportunity to take part in a fun sporting challenge which brings together children of all abilities. The Schools Triathlon is an incredible opportunity to extend a personalised warm welcome to hundreds of prospective students and their families.

We are always looking to work with new schools that have both the facilities and importantly the right ethos to be associated with a project such as this.

How To Get Involved?

Additionally, if you would like to see one of the events in action we would love to welcome you along. 

What Happens Next?

Once you’ve emailed us, we will book a call to discuss the event further. In preparation of the call, please think about the below;  

• The facilities we can use for the event
• Your capacity i.e the number of children you’d like to take part.
• Car parking areas
• Which feeder schools you would like to invite
• Potential dates 

We will then book a site visit with us, yourselves and a member of our professional Events Delivery Partner.

Once the event has been confirmed, then our team here will visit your feeder schools and deliver assemblies to invite the children along to the event and subsequently support parents/guardians to sign up and register their children’s teams. Then the event planning really begins.
