Travel Information

Car parking is available at the school. A managed entry system is in operation for vehicle access with event signage on Common Hill. Vehicles enter via Common Hill, and park as allocated by Traffic Management stewards.

Distances & Year Groups 

4 Weeks before event day, your child’s team will receive their specific Wave Start Time. As a guide, Year 3/4s start the day (the first wave starts at 9:00am), Year 7/8s follow in the middle of the day and Year 5/6s follow in the afternoon.

Register your Interest

Registering your interest is your first step to securing your team’s place in the event. 

To register, only one lead parent will need to enter the team's details which include; team name, team members' name and all four parents' email addresses. 

Registering your interest does not guarantee you a place in the event.

If you are successful in securing a place, each parent will receive a confirmation email where you’ll be instructed to complete the final details for the entry.  

Our events fill up very fast, so please ensure you register before the deadline you have been given.
